Refund policy

Returns
Because we sell personal care products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. No refunds will be granted due to dislike of texture, scent, or design. We provide fragrance notes where applicable based on the manufacturer's description. Also, as our products are handmade, variations in design will occur.
